Exchange Policy

All orders are final sale, due to each purchase being handmade to order for you specifically.

So for this reason we only run an exchange only policy.

Items can be returned back to us and exchanged for a different size or a different piece of the same price. 14 days from receiving.

Alternatively if there is nothing on our website you'd like to exchange for, we do offer full amount store credit note, which will never expire.

On returning your item we will send you the address to send it to, you are responsible for the return fees and we advise parcels to be sent tracked/signed for as we wont be responsible for any lost parcels.

All items must be in an unworn condition. If the item arrives in a worn condition, it will be sent back to the customer.

We do also offer alterations to pieces you have already purchases, the request must be within 7 days of receiving the item(s) with this the customer will be responsible for the return fees, and the shipping fees back.
